For 2013, The Southern California National Premier League (SoCalNPL) will not only be accepting applications from existing CSL Clubs but also from individual CSL Premier level teams as well as qualifying Clubs/Teams from other Western States.
The SoCal NPL is for Premier level Boys and Girls Clubs and teams from U13 to U17.
The B13 Fullerton Rangers went undefeated to clinch the B13 SCNPL title and earned a spot in the National Premier League Finals in Chicago in July where they will meet the Champions from the other NPL conferences.
The B14 Fullerton Rangers went undefeated in the Dallas Cup this past week, but with a win and 2 ties, did not advance out of pool play.
However, the B15 Fullerton Rangers did go all the way and emerged as the B15 Dallas Cup Champions - beating an extremely tough German team,Eintracht Frankfurt, in the final.
The B17 Albion White made the Quarter-finals and LVSA had 2 wins and 1 loss in Dallas.
SCNPL U14-U17 teams played at Rancho Capistrano on March 24 and 25.
UCLA Men's Head Coach, Jorge Salcedo, along with coaches from SDSU, Cal Poly SLO and UC Irvine were in attendance.
All SCNPL teams, except those participating in Dallas Cup, played on March 31 and April 1st at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex under sunny skies.

The B13 age group was won by the Fullerton Rangers who went undefeated in League play.
The other age groups will be finalized in the coming weeks as the games continue.
On a side note, the SCNPL teams playing in the Dallas Cup are undefeated after the opening 2 games.
B17 Las Vegas SA and B15 Fullerton Rangers are 2 and 0, B17 Albion and B14 Fullerton Rangers have 1 win and 1 tie.
Fullerton Rangers’ Jimmy Obleda Named NSCAA Youth National Coach of the Year
Jimmy Obleda, a former professional player and the current Director of Player Development with Fullerton Rangers, has been named Youth National Coach of the Year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. The announcement came during the NSCAA Annual Convention in Kansas City.
Boiys 13 SCNPL Play began this past weekend under cloudless blue skies in Sunny Carlsbad.
Hosted by Carlsbad Elite on the new turf field at Pacific Ridge School, teams reported that excellent refereeing along with perfect weather made for a terrific weekend of play.
DMS11 and Fullerton Rangers each had 3 wins, with Las Vegas Sports Academy also being undefeated with 2 wins and a tie.
Games now will continue on in March in Orange County and San Bernardino Complex.
